The equality check was not checking to see if they were the same predicate
so:
```
assert StartsWith("foo", "data") == parser.parse("foo NOT LIKE 'data'")
```
would evaluate `StartsWith == NotStartsWith` as `true`
(or any combination of LiteralPredicate)
