Václav Kučera commented on GUACAMOLE-2122:
------------------------------------------
We have been using the server with various clients for over a year. We added
the Guacamole connection to increase the security of Internet access. Within
the internal network, we still use direct RDP connections from various systems
(Linux, Windows). There are no keyboard issues in this case.
It seems to me, that when using the Czech (Qwertz) keyboard layout, Guacamole
does not "recognize" these characters and therefore does not know what to send
to the RDP server.

> Project: Guacamole
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: guacamole-server
> Affects Versions: 1.6.0
> Environment: Linux RDP is on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
> Reporter: Václav Kučera
> Priority: Minor
>
> If I have selected the Czech (Qwertz) keyboard layout in the connection
> settings, I cannot type the characters ď, Ď, ť, Ť, ň, Ň on Linux RDP. These
> characters are not directly available in the keyboard layout, they are typed
> as ˇ+ character.
