[~igor-sweet]: The changes for this particular Jira issue will only contain
alerts for the session owner that another user has joined the connection. If
you'd like to open another Jira issue to request that changes be made that
prompt the session owner to allow someone to join the session you are certainly
welcome to do that - but such changes will not be done as part of this Jira
issue.
