[~noor_ashlar] i think the warning/confirmation isn't about vnc and the
local-user-session. Admin Users can Join any remote-session in the settings ->
Active Sessions tab. That's also a privacy problem for our installation. The
only way a user knows he is being watched is when the mouse moves.
I'm more in the idea of actively asking for permission, than only notifying the
user.
