## What is the purpose of the change The purpose of this change is to add the `ARTIFACT` keyword as a permissible keyword as elucidated in [FLIP-559](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-559%3A+Add+ARTIFACT+keyword+option+in+CREATE+FUNCTION%27s+USING+clause), to better support in future creation of non-java functions without needing to `JAR` to reference the code artifact. ## Brief change log - Added `ARTIFACT`keyword as an alias for `JAR` in `CREATE FUNCTION` statements. ## Verifying this change This change added tests and can be verified as follows: - Added extra tests in `FlinkSqlParserImplTest` to cover function creation using `ARTIFACT`, as well as mixing `JAR` and `ARTIFACT`. ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts: - Dependencies (does it add or upgrade a dependency): (no) - The public API, i.e., is any changed class annotated with `@Public(Evolving)`: (no) - The serializers: (no) - The runtime per-record code paths (performance sensitive): (no) - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its components), Checkpointing, Kubernetes/Yarn, ZooKeeper: (no) - The S3 file system connector: (no) ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
