## Description This PR standardizes the `operationId` for the Savings module API resources. This is a critical non-functional improvement to ensure consistent and clean client-side SDK generation. ## Technical Changes - Updated `SavingsAccountsApiResource.java` with explicit `operationId` values. - Successfully rebased onto the 1.15.0 modular architecture. - Resolved conflicts in GitHub workflows and provider modules. ## Verification - Local build: `BUILD SUCCESSFUL` (3m 47s). - Verified compatibility with the new `fineract-savings` module structure.
