### What feature or improvement would you like to see? For apps like Power BI, users are instructed to use an ini file to enable driver logging (see https://community.snowflake.com/articles/Knowledge/How-to-enable-tracing-and-logging-in-Microsoft-PowerBI-Desktop). A similar capability is needed for the ADBC driver. Ideally, this would use the existing functionality of the OptionClientConfigFile setting without having the caller have to have first specified a log file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
