You are allowed to use it if you comply with LGPL terms. In case new modules are licensed as GPL-only and you don't want/can't comply with GPL, you won't be allowed to use that new modules (note that there are certain cases when complying with GPL does not require you to releasing your code, for example if your application runs on the server controlled by you and users interact with it only by means of network connection).
