I've tried more than once with Valgrind, but never got it working with QtCreator on macOS. Just tried it now and:
Failed to start program. Path or permissions wrong? Might not be Qt related at all. I've run into this bug before: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383723 Which got fixed, but leads up to other blocking bugs.
