Herb said clearly that all of that is currently not official, not even proposed, so the final thing (if there will be one) could also be completely different. The talk was the first time this stuff got showcased publicly. It was just neat that he used Qt (and moc) as an example of what the new syntax would unlock. P0633R0 does *not* deal with Herb's proposal because there isn't one (it's indeed quoted as "private communication").
