It would be wise to firstly read how transformations can be represented by matrices: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformation_matrix https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotation_matrix On Russian you can start for example with https://habrahabr.ru/post/131931/ - it's about basic things.
