When moving an account from one server to another (which is like what you are 
doing), we :
- tar up the old account
- create an account on the new server
- generate a list of folders on the old server, and create the same folders on 
the new server
- untar the archive on to the new server
- run a reconstruct

The only feedback that I have ever seen from resonstruct is the mailbox names as 
they are being reconstructed.
