We've narrowed this problem down somewhat. The user stores his outgoing messages in a `Sent' folder on the server. All messages in this folder on the server that were sent with Microsoft Outlook have no `From:' header. They appear correct on the client, however. It's only when he moves them to another folder that the missing information becomes apparent. Messages sent with Netscape do have the header. The user claims that this behavior only started recently.
