Has anyone else seen this problem? On this system, we run an older version of Cyrus, cyrus-imapd-v1.5.19. It apparently happens when he uses Outlook to move a message from one folder to another. Is this a client problem or a server problem? Here's the report from the user:
Gary, it happens when I use Outlook, but not when I use Outlook Express or Netscape. For the past few days it has happened all the time in Outlook, and I have now many empty fields in the "From"-column in my folders. However, just now, I moved a message, and it did not happen. Thus, so far the problem is intermittent, and I have only observed it in Outlook.
