On my FreeBSD 4.4 machine running Cyrus imapd 2.0.16 (installed from the ports collection), I see that each imapd process eats up around 2500K of memory (RES - resident portion of the process) and its total size is around 20M. In the FAQ, it says each process should have around 512K or so.
I wonder, is the FAQ out-of-date, is this normal or have I misconfigured something? Thanks for your opinions! -- Jan Moravec
