You can grab my altnamespace/unixhiersep distro from:

or grab the latest code from CVS (see doc/anoncvs.html) or wait for
v2.1.
This new code allows users to create folders at the same level as their
INBOX. BUT, you can no longer create subfolders under the INBOX. It is
all or nothing. For an explanation of why, check the archives.
