(They were ESYS, they merged with ISODE to become MessagingDirect, but
there are others subscriber who can tell that story...)

Our institution is actually going down this path as well, but have
hit a speed bump in keeping the message flags in a mailbox conversion.
"seen" state is a simple fix, but "deleted", "replied", etc., are
presenting a challenge.

Because of our configuration and the scale, other imap-move utilities
have fallen short, and so I would be interested in hearing anyone
else's experiences in this or similar endeavors.  Knowing the
exact "lineage" of the ESYS-2.1.2 imapd server alone would be of great
value (knowing the layout of fdb.index would be the solution!)
