MessagingDirect is now "ACI Worldwide". The continued direction of their
IMAP server is the "Sendmail Advanced Message Server" (SAMS). There are
utilities to migrate/upgrade Simeon 1.x, 2.x, and Mstore 3.x to SAMS 1.x
(which is based on Mstore 3.x). If you are not moving forward with the
product line, then you may be better off doing a "protocol migration" over
IMAP to preserve the flags.
