It's typical... You spend a few hours trying to get something right, then you
contact others who might know better, and withing minutes find a way to make
it work...

I simply made updated things such that spamcop would send to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] instead, and aliased it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
([EMAIL PROTECTED] had been aliased to tld+privatū@thinksec.com).  This did the
trick, as the delivery check is now done against a different directory.

Also let me note that there seem to be a limitation in postfix.  You can't
remap a + expanded username in the virtual file, which is fair enough I
suppose, but does introduce a problem in this situation, as I need to do the
magic before sieve in order to make sure the duplicate delivery check doesn't
drop the email.

Anyone got advice on better ways to do this btw?
