Sendmail can do LMTP too.  There should be a .mc config file in the cyrus
distribution which is a good starting point.  I've had it working with sendmail,
but switched to postfix for its simplicity in configuration and its claim of
being more secure than sendmail (buffer overflows, etc.)....but we'll see about
that.
