perl installs wrong.

Hi,

I think this is a bug.

When doing ./configure --prefix=/usr , the makefile for perl is not updated,
and the prog. is instaled with prefix = /usr/local instead of /usr

Manualy changing the line: prefix=/usr/local in the Makefile does the trick.
