BTW, anyone gotten SASL to do PAM auth on FreeBSD?  Not working here,
unfortunately.  It would be nice, but not a requirement... (whew)

I just get generic error when I log in, even if I make /etc/master.passwd
and /etc/spwd.db mode 644 as a temporary test.

Also, why is it that if I have the CRAM-MD5 and DIGEST-MD5 modules
installed, Cyrus always uses the sasldb auth mechanism no matter WHAT I
put in as sasl_pwcheck_method in /etc/imapd.conf?
