Cyrus is nearly justifyable for the ease with which you can restore data.
Every message is stored in a separate file with a unique name (it's UID)
and it never changes so you don't have to worry about overwriting files
except cyrus.* which should be excluded from your restore. You then have to
tell cyrus that the messages are there and reconstruct will do that for
you. The only tricky part is that the folder (directory) must exist before
you restore. The only information lost is the flags.
