It seems file permisson problem. Can you see /var/imap/socket/lmtpd
from your account? If no, you should add read and write permission,
or add F=S to Mcyrusbb in your sendmail.cf.
Since you are using 2.X, actuall you don't need to use deliver. You
shoud see doc/cyrusv2.mc and the description in
doc/install-configure.html.
