Updating myself a bit here... I *was* able to get it to authenticate from
my ldap system (which was my main goal) but it seems a bit strange the way
its working...
Here's what the logs are saying:

This brings me to my second issue... Trying to pop3 from cyrus on the same
server

pop3 seems to be failing to auth & won't give up its mail... Although, I'm
very new to cyrus-imapd and may not have everything all set up correclty at
the moment.
Any pointers would be most helpful!
Btw, here's my /etc/imapd.conf file

admins: cyrus root
sendmail: /usr/sbin/sendmail
srvtab: /var/imap/srvtab
allowanonymouslogin: no
