When I initiate the toolbox in a terminal window (in Ubuntu Feisty), I get the following (I have a HP970C which is working perfectly):

Until that time, the toolbox was in the System->Preferences menu. This update apparently moved it elsewhere and I have been unable to find a menu with the Toolbox in it.
