No code changes in this update. I pushed a no-code `Trigger CI` commit on
August 10, 2026 so `continuous-integration/jenkins/pr-merge` and the
Apache-side status view can refresh on a new head. The latest direct local HDFS
signal on this branch is still the focused
`TestBlockRecoveryCauseStandbyNameNodeCrash` pass from August 6, 2026.
