No code changes here. I reran the existing fork-side `Build` workflow on the
current head on August 9, 2026 so the shared red lane can get a fresh signal
without another no-op commit. The focused local
`TestBlockRecoveryCauseStandbyNameNodeCrash` validation from August 6, 2026 is
still the latest direct HDFS signal on this head.
