Here are some pre-built binaries I made back in late August/early September. They should work with Ettus's binary release of GNU Radio ( http://files.ettus.com/binaries/gnuradio/gnuradio_v3.7.2.2/gnuradio_3.7.2.2_Win32.exe), or you can build GNU Radio with MinGW: http://gnuradio.org/redmine/projects/gnuradio/wiki/MingwInstallMain

To get the HackRF to work under GNU Radio on Windows, simply extract gr-osmosdr.zip into your GNU Radio installation directory and copy hackrf.dll and libusb-1.0.dll from hackrf-tools to your GNU Radio binary directory.
