Hi Chris: That is surprising because after I purchased Growl it showed up under Sys Preferences at the bottom but that is where the issue started. I try to click it to open the Preferences and it kept crashing. That is when I went and removed it from there but after that I tried to SEARCH for Growl from the search icon on top header and it found the app. It said that it first needs to install the Growl Preferences in the system pref and I said OK. At that point it crashes the Sys Preferences, it adds the Growl icon in the Sys Pref panel but each time I click that Growl icon at the bottom it crashes. Hope you have some clues now. Thanks. ..sp
