Hi Nate, Please provide the source, the dodgy pdf, ls of the devpdf directory containing the LF pfa fonts, the LFR groff font and the download file in the directory. One possibility is the font is too big for the printer (1.22.4 and 1.23.0 did not subset the font but embedded the whole font, groff 1.24.0 includes font subsetting and only includes the glyphs required by the document). In the meantime you could try running 'ps2pdf groff.pdf output.pdf' (which will do the font subsetting for you and reduce the size of the pdf accordingly) Cheers Deri
