That was a bug in the release candidate. The versions are not the same
because the font is "Version 4.1.0-rc1" while gregoriotex.tex is
"4.1.0-rc1". That word "Version" causes the mismatch.
Please uninstall the release candidate and then install the stable
release. Even better, install the more recent 4.2.0.
