This is not an issue. The GPGMail bundle is not located there. Besides it would 
have to be ~Library/Preferences. That is the list where our plist files are 
stored (e.g. look for org.gpgtools.gpgmail.plist). But the bundle is located 
elsewhere.

Again, this is not 100% correct (afaik). Please try looking under 
~Library/Mail/Bundles (your home directory, not the system directory). If you 
find it there you can also check the version number (as Charly suggested).

Again, we would first need to know, if this bundle is in it's correct place at 
all (see above) or if it's simply missing completely on your system.

As soon as we have that information we could further elaborate on how to get 
this working. :)
