There's a module [1] with an owner and 3 peers; it looks like they
generally batch things up for at least a month.

Do we know if these people are actually active? It wouldn't be the first
time that our Modules page doesn't reflect reality ;)
Is there documentation somewhere on how updates are done today? Is there
a reason to batch addition to planet instead of adding people to the
planet as they get approved?
