Thanks to William's persistence and work analyzing logs, the missing
wedi messages have been found. The fault here turns out to be
Mail-Archive, not Lyris; sorry for my premature finger pointing.

The messages did end up at the secondary MX limbo after all. I looked
there early on, but for some reason didn't see the particular message
in question. After William gave me more information about exactly
what went missing, I did some double checking and found the smoking
gun.

Looks like I need to take a second pass at the configuration magic at
secondary MX to auto-forward back to primary in just the right way (no
loops, bounces, delays, etc. even if primary is down for a while). I
will do this on a first opportunity basis, which will probably be
sometime between now and next weekend, and concurrently bring the
"missing" messages into the fold.

Sorry that (a) this happened and (b) that I don't have time to
completely solve this right away. Most people are already aware, but
just a reminder that I run Mail-Archive as a hobby in my free time.
Sometimes, like now, my time gets squeezed by various non-Mail-Archive
events. Still, if these Lyris folks are any indication, businesses
don't always do too much better in terms of responsiveness. :)

Most importantly, thanks for finding a problem that I was not
aware of. If you don't see the wedi archives filled in within
the estimated timeline, please drop me a reminder.

-Jeff
