I working on a set of sites for a company who used contractors quite a
while ago and the APIs were obviously set up under their gmail account.

We are having trouble being OVER_QUERY_LIMIT the last couple of days as
well as a day or two a couple of months ago.

We've never got any notifications so I'm assuming those would have gone to
whomever set the account up (on their personal or work gmail). Does anyone
know if that's the case?

I tried a month ago to get Google to help me track down who "owned" the
APIs but because they were v2 they just said to switch them over. I'm in
the process of doing so, but once again we are getting the OVER_QUERY_LIMIT
message and I can't do a darn thing about it.

Any suggestions from the community?
