I tried again today and this critical console feature is still
broken!

I am very concerned by the lack of response from Google. I reported
the problem to this forum over a week ago. I posted an "Issue". I have
replied to myself several times to keep the thread alive because no
one else has responded. Luckily I am still in the development phase so
I can wait. But what if a problem occurs when I have lots of irate
customers?!

If Google won't respond then perhaps a fellow developer will tell me
whether they have been able to use the "Duplicate Applicate" button in
the Admin Console / Application Setting page?  I get no response. No
duplicate is created. What should I see?
