Dear Fellow Travelers,

For what it's worth, I would like to express my agreement with Hélène Bosc's 
argument.  In my own experience, "accès libre" works well in France and Québec, 
"open access" in English-speaking countries.  Those phrases have caught on, and 
it is too late to change them now.
