I cannot tell you how reassuring this thread has been to this 73 y.o.
geezer.  It is SO refreshing to read that others find google's systems and
technical instructions less than crystal clear... even as they may protest
that they are.

Here's to a better, more transparent New Year... a really Sweet '16.
