That sounds to me like a problem with the address you are sending the emails to. AFAIK, your own login password is not used anywhere except to authenticate you to Google's servers when you login. It is not carried along with your email message to someone/somewhere else, and definitely not to the recipient's email server. If the email bounces, it is usually because the recipient's email servers bounced it, for being over-quota or a nonexistent address. Read the "bounce" message to see why.
