Are you sure it's the true source? Have you seen copies of the messages, and their headers? It sounds like someone is spoofing your business address, which is not something you can easily protect against.
Google typically does not have phone support except for paid accounts. Check through the help pages for reporting fraud from your business account address, there is likely a form you can fill out which will get the right person investigating the accounts involved.
