My business gmail account was hacked and has been sending out horrible emails to all of the people on my contact list (great for business!). I tried to delete the account, because nothing else I did worked to stop this infection. It is no longer on my list of accounts.
But it is still active! The account still exists and is continuing to do its best to ruin my business! I can't delete it again, because I can't sign into the account because it is no longer on my list of gmail addresses. Besides: I do not want to sign into it, even if I could access it, because I don't want the infection to spread to my other accounts or my mac! I want to delete it forever and completely as soon as possible. However, please don't respond by telling me to follow the prompts to delete an account... the first step is one I cannot take because it no longer shows up in the list of my gmail addresses, so I can't sign in to it to then continue to do the rest of the steps listed. I am desperate! I need to stop this destructive radio-active account from ruining any more of my business! Is there anyway I can talk to someone on the phone about this? Can anyone help me please?
