Hello everyone I have a trouble with a request of two of my friends I have converted to Gmail. They have a professional mail account hosted by a different provider for their work and they both need to read emails sent to this address. So I set up for both of them POP3 checking with no deletion on the original mail server. But they would want also to synchronize the deletion actions between their two account to be sure to not do the same work twice, and they wouldn't want to have to switch between accounts. I tried solutions with IFTTT and a third Gmail account (with delegated access) but I didn't find any good answer to this request.
I'm pretty sure that a good solution exists but I'm blocked, so I need your help to solve their problem please.
