For next 0.83 version, ticket templates will be available.
The beta-test have raised some questions.

The situation in 0.80 : 3 configs to set mandatory fields : title, category, content In 0.83, written specifications say that we will define a default ticket template to manage default mandatory fields. The problem is that templates are not used after ticket creation so we loose the mandatory of the fields. So, I have not implement default templates and keep the 3 configs for mandatory fields.

Do you think that it is the right solution or could we define default templates by entities ?
