The Delta S3 job failure (https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/actions/runs/38233957666/job/114789734253) is the MinIO image, not this PR: Docker Hub no longer serves `minio/minio`, which `CometS3TestBase` pulls (#6884). #6887 moves the test base to another image and fixes two region gaps the S3 suites hit once the image pulls.
