Verified fixed on main (9a4d5f283) by #5810. It's the same root cause as #5776. The test puts its position delete on `dataFilesBefore.get(3)`, which is picked by manifest order. With the fanout writer's random file order, that file was sometimes in `c1=0`. The `c1=1` rewrite then wrote two files (two live rows, different `c3` values), and the delete in `c1=0` wasn't dangling, giving `[2, 2, 0]`. With native writes and local table scan on against Iceberg 1.11.0, the test passes 7 of 7 runs on main. With only #5810's change reverted, it fails 1 of 3 with exactly `[2, 2, 0]`. v3/v4 passing wasn't a DV vs position-delete difference: those writes fall back (`format-version=3 unsupported`), so only v2 uses the native writer. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
