Review Comment:
   Good catch — fixed. The problem was `b.getClass().getMethod("build")`: when 
a provider
   returns a public builder interface backed by a private implementation class, 
the resolved
   `build` method belongs to the private class and `invoke` throws 
`IllegalAccessException`.
   
   I now resolve `build()` off the declared (public) return type of `builder()` 
instead:
   
       Method build = builder.getReturnType().getMethod("build");
   
   Added a fixture `V2BuilderProvider` (public `Builder` interface, private 
`BuilderImpl`) and a
   test `builderFactoryWithPrivateImplWorks` that fails on the old code and 
passes on the fix.
