I’m using Win 8.1 Geoserver 2.8.1 and Tomcat 7
when i try :
http://localhost:8080//geoserver/ows?service=WMS&request=GetLegendGraphic&format=image%2Fpng&width=20&height=20&layer=test%3Atest
i see:

how i can fix it?
i’ve read something on the list but is for Linux or for win 2008 and i cannot
find catalina.bat on my win8.1
