We are not using standards, the module structure is based on ad hoc ( but
hopefully sensible) choices. We started the modular approach many years aog
based on spring context lookups and thath served us well so far. If we
woulc have done the same today we probably would have used Osgi but right
now we have no pressing reason to change what we have.
