Ok, so the procedure would be to use this plugin to create my own "PostGIS raster fetching"-plugin. It's good to know that there is a possible solution, but right now I'm working at so many different construction sites...from UI (ExtJS4 doesn't works with Geoext), WPS Service Setup (WPS & Pyhton plugin both not stable yet).
